Meet Nemo, .... and unlike his namesake, he was on his own on the street, but .... no one was looking for him. Then along came Dalton, who took him in, and tried to find his human, to no avail. He contacted us for help in finding him a new home. When Dalton delivered Nemo to Rising Star Rottweiler Rescue, we fell in love with him, too. This boy is all personality, and he just loves attention ( and treats).

Kira, a sweet baby girl found on the streets in Orlando. Possibly four years old? She was starving when she was rescued. She's being rehabbed at Star Dog Obedience.

Budz is about 4 years old and he is a HOT mess, needs to be neutered and have a growth removed from his shoulder and put on a few pounds. He was drug into a vets office in Tampa and dumped with instructions to euthanize. Emily the vet tech fell in love and got in touch with us and we couldn't say no to this sweet boy.

Stella ADOPTED

8 to 10 year old Female

This is Stella-a sweetheart who was rescued from being dumped along a very busy major highway by folks who searched for her family for many hours and became very attached to her! Tears were flowing as they could not keep her and they brought her to Rising Star to help her find a special place where she will love and be loved again!! She is 8-10 years old and is sweet as pie!! Stella is being medically evaluated and receiving her vaccines at our veterinary hospital and will be ready for that special someone!!

This is Mr. Enzo he is a very sweet dog and just wants to be loved all the time. If you’re looking for a best friend he will definitely be that. He needs a calm and confident owner. He had a rough beginning and took about a week to warm up to me he knows how to sit, lay down, and he loves squeaky toys.

Jack HAS PASSED AWAY

Amazing Senior

Jack was an amazing senior dog who was an ideal companion for an older person. He walked perfectly on a leash and had no negative behavior issues. We are sorry to see him go. Thank you for all the support that has been offered.

Roxie ADPOTED

Roxie is 9 months old and she is very sweet little lady! All medical has been completed and ready to be a part of your family! Roxie needs a fenced yard to run and play. But, she loves to cuddle and have her tummy rubbed. If you have a warm spot in your heart for a fun loving little girl make Roxie part of your family.

This is Belle. She's has been adopted by a wonderful couple who drove all the way from DeBeary to meet her and fell in love. Finally this girl has a home of her own.

Chance ADPOTED

Chance is about 2 year old male who was hit/run by a car. He had a broken leg thanks to rising Star was able to save his leg with surgery. He's all healed up and is ready for his furever home. Chance takes a little while to warm up to some people others he takes right too. He loves his toys will entertain himself throwing them in the air. He is great with my little foster girl not sure with other dogs. knows basic commands sit, down, paw, He is crate trained - loves to snuggle on the couch with his foster mom.

Bayha ADOPTED

Bahya is our newest addition to the Rising Star Rottweiler Rescue Family! Her name is Bayah and she is about 8 months old. She arrived today July 29th and will be available for adoption in about a week. She is housebroken and crate trained! She knows several commands but needs lots of exercise and attention! She is absolutely loving and adorable!! VERY MUCH A PUPPY!!

Draco ADOPTED

18 Months Old

Draco is 18 months old, raised with 4 kids ages 1 to 9 years old. Loved by his family, but one child is highly allergic and after several rounds of medication they tearfully had to part with Draco!!

Bear is a 58 pound bundle of energy, very friendly and lovable. Bear is also GREAT with cats and other dogs. All together Bear will make a Great addition to any family.

Gabby is 4 years old, crate trained, not good with small dogs or cats. She gets a little rough when playing, loves to snuggle and really loves playing with her jolly ball, very sweet girl. All together Gabby could make a Great addition to any family.
